I dig computers and working in the IT world and such. Normally, though, I don’t get too wrapped up in the latest gadgets. Sure, there are plenty I want (still haven’t gotten my iPod yet), I just tend to drag my feet in actually acquiring them.
This may have changed. I’m actually dying to get one of these – the Apple iPhone (or what ever it ends up being called after litigation)! This is one cool geek toy if do say so myself. iPod, cell phone and PDA in one extremely sexy device. And it’s that groovy packaging that Apple does so well. The also tend to add some features that just make their stuff a got to have item.
I’m not going to spend a lot of time listing each detail. Steve Jobs did a fine job of that yesterday at the announcement. You should check it out yourself. (it is quite long – but super cool!) This just might be one gadget where I have to succumb to commercialism and get as soon as it’s available on a carrier that works for me.
